Administrative Technical Support Services: Website and/or Social Media Start-up

Administrative technical support services can be provided: routine updates and maintenance to your website, blog or social media sites ($35 ongoing maintenance package includes two edits/updates a month) or these types of technical support services can be provided and billed on a case by case basis at an hourly rate of $35.

We've created a slide deck 'Small Business Helpful Tips on Social Media' that puts together a basic foundational strategy and uses an integrated approach to social media bringing together statistics, examples and we now provide a start-up support package to get you connecting and engaging effectively on Facebook and Twitter (and even WordPress) in no time at all.

  

1. Social Media Start-up: Includes Basic Facebook Business Fan Page and Twitter page set-up and promotion to our Facebook/Twitter (600+ followers) in our combined fan base. This includes short mission statement, information page, static welcome page (this acts as your web page on Facebook), set-up of image page (include your logo or design of custom logo side bar image), and an events page. You will receive a questionnaire to collect pertinent information via email and we will set-up page according to your specifications. Cost:$90

2. Basic Web Design Packages * Prices may vary depending on complexity of web design.

  • 1hr Consultation (face-to-face/Skype Meeting online. This fee is waived if you purchase design package) $35.00
  • Basic 1 Page (est. 3-5 business days) $125.00 o •  Standard 1-3 Pages (est. 5-10 business days) $250.00

    3. Ongoing monthly support     1 hr per month (combined phone/email/work) or maintenance Per Hour as needed Cost $35.00 (e. g., if your site is a blog it would include two posts per month. You can send your post via email or fax and we will update your site and add corresponding images. Or update content on your blog to keep it current). You can provide me access to a shared FTP space, box.net which is a collaborative workspace (Box.net    : Includes web storage, 5 GB Free, File sharing links and Mobile app access. Box provides a secure, easy way for businesses to manage content, share large files and collaborate online from anywhere. www.box.net). At your request we would download, modify and upload or email formatted response and/or update with a 1-7 day turnaround but I would strive for 1-3 days at the most.
