I want to thank you for your help in the past concerning our computer.  We took an electrical hit and thought the computer was fried since it would not open up no matter how often we shut down and restarted and waited and waited.  We hoped to salvage something so called you.  You responded quickly and your scheduling was so convenient for us.  As it turned out, you had the magic touch and the computer started up when you put yours hands to keyboard.  You waived your service fee since you didn't have to do anything and we really appreciate that.

Since then we've added other programs and we want to schedule another visit to clean up the computer.  I'd also like to let you know we'll be referring you to our friends.
